Equipped with an automated punching-and-sealing workflow, the machine delivers clean, firm, and visually appealing seals while significantly reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
The LD672-S features a one-station rotary disc structure, supporting manual tube loading and foot-pedal activation. The system completes automatic film punching, heat sealing, and finished-product discharge with stable PLC control. Its touch-screen interface makes operation intuitive, allowing operators to monitor the machine status in real time. With precise temperature control (±5°C), smooth linear guides, and photoelectric tracking, the machine ensures accurate positioning and consistent sealing quality.
Compatible with sealing diameters from 6–25 mm (customizable), this model supports various sealing films including plastic composite film, aluminum composite film, PP, PVC, PE, PET, and PS. Its stainless steel construction provides durability, making it ideal for laboratories, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and small-scale production environments seeking professional, reliable sealing performance.
